Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary Lead Software Engineer to spearhead our new AI Agent initiative powered by AWS Bedrock. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of engineers, building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. You’ll drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of new product development—turning ambitious ideas into reliable, scalable software that delivers tangible customer and business impact.

You’ll innovate by partnering with other ET teams to advance the next automation play, including integrations with systems that generate customer summaries and support prompt-engineering actions—an effort expected to transform work management for agents and ATMs. With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, you’ll refine solutions based on customer and stakeholder feedback, provide architectural and technical leadership, and mentor engineers to ensure robustness and scalability. Key skills highlighted: AWS, Terraform, JavaAngular, and AWS Bedrock—used across backend, frontend, and AI/LLM integration work—while collaborating with cross-functional partners and presenting updates to drive organizational buy-in.

  • 5+ years' experience in software development
  • Experienced in applying software development best practices (design principles, documentation, testing, security, DevOps.)
  • Experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and familiarity with effective branching strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down complex technical problems
  • Willingness to learn new technical concepts quickly and share their knowledge with the team
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for researching and learning new tools.
  • Agile mindset that promotes incremental changes and rapid iteration.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • An interest in generative AI and large languages models

  • Potential starting salary range: $115,000 - $130,000
