The Tour Marketing team supports the planning and execution of marketing and ticketing strategies for client tours, one-offs, and live events nationally and internationally. This work sits at the intersection of music marketing and live touring, with a focus on helping sell tickets, support artist campaigns, and keep fast-moving tour marketing initiatives organized and accurate.

Depending on level and experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Creating, managing, and maintaining tour marketing tracking documents and spreadsheets
  • Drafting and distributing marketing and ticketing emails to promoters
  • Collecting localized creative, marketing plans, radio proposals, ticketing information, and promotional materials
  • Reviewing promoter socials, artist websites, ticketing links, pre-sales, and VIP programs for accuracy
  • Coordinating with agents, artist teams, managers, labels, promoters, ticketing partners, and other external partners
  • Assisting with creative brainstorming for tour marketing campaigns
  • Supporting presentations, partner pre-sale requests, department systems, and process improvements
  • Handling administrative needs such as scheduling, meeting coordination, note-taking, travel and expense reports, and general team support as needed
  • Covering client shows when appropriate to support artist and agent teams

Ideal candidates may bring:

  • Internship, assistant, coordinator, or early professional experience in music marketing, live music, touring, agency, promoter, label, management, or a related entertainment environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professionalism, discretion, and comfort working with confidential information
  • A proactive, reliable, resourceful, and flexible working style
  • Interest in music marketing, live touring, and learning how campaigns come together across markets
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Box, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, or related platforms

We are interested in candidates ranging from entry-level/early-career assistants to experienced coordinators who can support high-volume campaign execution with limited supervision. The right candidate is calm under pressure, eager to learn, comfortable with shifting priorities, and brings a "no job is too small" attitude.

Location: Future opportunities may be based in Chicago, New York, Nashville, Los Angeles, or other THETEAM office locations depending on business need.

Compensation: Compensation will vary based on role level, location, experience, responsibilities, and market factors.
