Position Summary:
ATC Healthcare Services is hiring experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSP) with expertise in OPWDD settings and guidelines. We seek DSPs who are empathetic, patient, and skilled in providing personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities for Direct Support Professional (DSP):
  • Client Care: Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients.
  • Daily Support: Assist clients with grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately per OPWDD guidelines.
  • Behavioral Support: Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors and foster positive outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with therapists, clinicians, and case managers to develop and implement care plans.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols.

Requirements for Direct Support Professional (DSP):
