What You'll Do
Support individuals with daily living activities (personal care, meals, recreation, etc.)
Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth
Build trusting relationships and ensure safety and well-being
Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings
Maintain accurate documentation and communication
Requirements
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
