What You Will Do
The Data Analyst transforms organizational data into clear, actionable insights that support informed decision-making across the business. This role partners with departments to understand business needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver reporting and dashboards that surface meaningful trends, drivers, and performance outcomes.

This role plays a key part in advancing a data-driven culture by improving trust, consistency, and accessibility across the organization’s data ecosystem. Through analysis, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration, the Data Analyst helps teams better understand performance, uncover opportunities, and support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day decision-making.

You will:

  • Partner with business teams to understand objectives, translate needs into analytical requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making.
  • Analyze organizational data to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations that are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with stakeholder goals and operational priorities.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Perform exploratory and diagnostic analyses to uncover patterns, explain performance outcomes, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Synthesize data across systems and business areas to provide a comprehensive and connected view of organizational performance.
  • Validate data sources, reporting outputs, and business logic to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to improve data models, reporting structures, and analytical workflows.
  • Support the development and consistent use of governed metrics, reporting standards, and shared business definitions across the organization.
  • Document data definitions, transformation logic, assumptions, and reporting methodologies to improve transparency and maintainability.
  • Contribute to the organization’s data governance program by reinforcing data standards, promoting responsible data use, and helping improve the consistency, quality, and trustworthiness of organizational data.
  • Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and emerging business needs in a fast-changing environment.

What You Bring to the Table

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, information technology, or related field required.
    In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four additional years of relevant experience.

Experience

  • Five or more years of experience in data analysis.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Skills

  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work across large, complex datasets and transform data into meaningful insights.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and analytical tools used to support business decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, drivers, and opportunities that impact performance.
