Job description

Title: Data Analyst/Developer
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Job Mode: This role is on-site 5 days' per week
Duration: Long-Term Contract
W2 candidates, no C2C or Third Party Vendors
What type of experience client is looking for:
  • Candidate will be working directly on the manufacturing floor, partnering with Operational Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Plant Managers, and operators to understand how production runs in real time.
  • Candidate would help shape a new production dashboard, digitize paper forms, analyze process data, build KPIs, and collaborate closely with the people who rely on this information daily.
  • It's a blend of data analysis, SQL Server work, and some light Angular/Node.js development - all tied directly to high-impact, real-world manufacturing problems.

Candidate Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field, with 1-2+ years of post-graduation experience.
  • 2+ years of SQL Server experience, including data cleansing, table creation, and light administration.
  • Strong SQL querying experience; exposure to R or Python is a plus.
  • 1+ year of front-end development (Angular or React).
  • 1+ year of Node.js experience, including pulling and integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Experience collaborating directly with operators, engineers, or end users for requirements gathering.
  • Ability to analyze data patterns, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings.
