A Data Analyst II is a developing professional with a solid foundation in data analysis and a growing ability to work independently on analytical projects. This role involves executing data analysis work, building and maintaining dashboards and reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven insights.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Analyze business problems and opportunities, providing data-driven findings and recommendations.
  • Gather and document analytics and reporting requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design, creation, maintenance, and rollout of dashboards, reports, and data tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand data needs and communicate findings clearly.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to find answers to business performance questions.
  • Prepare and present clear reports and analytical summaries for team and stakeholder review.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills with demonstrated ability to write complex queries independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree beneficial).
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data transformation tools such as dbt (a plus, not required).
  • Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tools with hands-on dashboard development experience.
  • Experience with marketing and sales analytics (media and attribution experience a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow technical and analytical skills over time.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Data Analyst II to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $95,400.00 - $119,200, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
