We are seeking a Systems/Data Analyst [Full-Time] with a strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence principles, with particular expertise in dashboards and data modeling. The primary role of the Analyst will be to create and manage integrations across multiple systems within the company and to utilize data drawn from them to create actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with executive leadership, operational teams, and campus management to understand business challenges and translate them into data requirements and actionable insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards and reports that support decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Contribute to the development of an enterprise data ecosystem, including data catalogs, governance processes, and data integration initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate reporting across campuses and business functions.
  • Support the centralization of corporate analytics while maintaining flexibility for campus-specific reporting needs.
  • Assist in the design of data architecture and models that align with enterprise goals and system interoperability.
  • Perform data analysis, trend forecasting, and performance benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.
  • Support enterprise application configuration and coordinate with organizational leaders in application related workflows.
  • Promote data literacy and adoption of business intelligence tools across departments.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have demonstrated experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, with a solid grasp of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to data accuracy are essential. Experience with SQL, data governance, and working within enterprise data and application environments is highly desirable. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating across departments, translating complex data into meaningful insights, and adapting to the evolving needs of a growing, multi-campus organization. Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site operations is a significant plus.
Minimum Education Required:
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred for senior-level roles.
Experience:
Experience working in a healthcare, senior living, or multi-site organizational environment is highly preferred.
