  • Classify goods under the HTSUS with a focus on accuracy and long-term compliance.
  • Review and validate import documentation (commercial invoices, BOLs, COO, PGA data, etc.).
  • Process ISFs, Post Summary Corrections, and Protests.
  • Communicate with CBP, importers, carriers, and partners to resolve issues quickly.
  • Stay ahead of changing tariffs, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Learn how Customs decisions impact business risk and client operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of Customs brokerage or entry writing experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem solver.
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and build a career in Customs compliance.

What You’ll Gain:
  • Hands-on experience in complex, real-world Customs scenarios.
  • Mentorship from experienced industry professionals.
  • Exposure to evolving trade policies, tariffs, and compliance strategy.
  • A clear path toward earning your Customs Broker License (CHB) and advancing your career.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Generous PTO.
  • Quarterly bonus program.
  • $10,000 bonus upon earning your Customs Broker License.
