Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Central Park, Colorado.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time
  • Compensation: $22 to $24 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Patient Care Coordinator will:
  • Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
  • Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
  • Provide pre and post op education
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
  • Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
  • Support and promote excellence in customer service

Qualifications and Skills Include:
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required.
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
