Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Engage actively as either a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy sessions, focusing on psychiatric patients’ diverse needs.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and couple therapy sessions to address complex emotional and relational issues.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on regular evaluations and feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals to integrate holistic care strategies, including crisis intervention and triage evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation is aligned with regulatory standards while upholding the ethical and professional standards of counseling practice.
  • Participate in ongoing program development and planning initiatives to enhance therapeutic services and community outreach.
Patient Population / Client Focus
