- Welcome with Presence:Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and authenticity, guiding them to check-in and setting the tone for their stay.
- Lead with Insight:Provide walking and golf cart tours of our serene property, sharing the story of Miraval and highlighting spaces for reflection, renewal, and discovery.
- Support with Intention:Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring comfort and clarity as they settle into their experience.
- Connect with Care:Build meaningful relationships with guests, anticipating and responding to their needs with empathy and attentiveness.
- Collaborate Mindfully:Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled seamlessly.
