Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating innovative menus and preparing delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff. If you have a passion for creating meals that “wow,” we want to hear from you. 
Responsibilities: 

  1. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and work surfaces.
  2. Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and other food items.
  3. Assist the chef with basic cooking tasks and food preparation.
  4. Receive and properly store deliveries, checking expiration dates and stock rotation.
  5. Dispose of kitchen waste and follow recycling procedures.
  6. Follow all hygiene and food safety standards.
  7. Keep the kitchen organized and tidy during the shift.
  8. Help with opening and closing duties, including kitchen setup and cleaning.
Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
