PAY RANGE: $24.50-$27.50/hour based upon experience, plus benefits.

SCHEDULE:

Full-Time Night Shift
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
$2.50/hour Night Shift Differential included in the advertised pay range.

THE CNC MACHINE OPERATOR POSITION:

Our CNC Machine Operator will wear multiple hats within the manufacturing process, working seamlessly alongside the production team to ensure efficient machine operation and consistent product quality. This position is part of our night shift production team and plays a key role in maintaining production schedules and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist with the setup and operation of CNC machines.
Experience with DMG Mori and DN Solutions machines is a plus.
Cut and prepare bar stock for production runs.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues.
Inspect machined parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Utilize measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications.
Load and unload heavy materials and finished parts.
Track and maintain inventory of raw materials and components.
Assist with machine maintenance and cleanliness.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work overnight hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

PREFERRED:

Previous CNC machine operation experience.
Experience with DMG Mori and/or DN Solutions equipment.
Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Manufacturing or machining experience.
Knowledge of firearms accessories and components.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Clean background.
