Available Shifts (with $1.00 Shift Premium)

  • Midshift: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour for Mid & Night shifts

Pay

  • $19.25 - $22.00 (based on experience)
  • $1.00/hour shift premium for Mid & Night shifts

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a critical role in producing highprecision components that meet strict aerospace standards. You will:

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines with precision
  • Configure machines, load materials, and monitor machining operations
  • Modify programs as needed to optimize performance
  • Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
  • Identify and troubleshoot machining or process issues
  • Perform routine machine maintenance
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Mentor and communicate with other operators as needed
  • Consistently work within tight tolerances

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Ability to identify nonconforming parts
  • Ability to manufacture jobspecific tooling (e.g., chuck jaws, fixtures)
  • Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and teammates
  • Ability to meet productivity requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to communicate effectively and support other operators

Technical Experience:

  • Experience setting up and running mills
  • Experience with horizontal and/or VTL lathes
  • CNC programming experience is a plus
