Job Title: CNC Operator
Department: Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Manager
Shift: Second Shift 1:00PM -11:00PM Monday through Thursday
About the Role:
As a CNC Machinist 1 at Micro Precision, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality precision components. Your primary responsibility will be to operate CNC machines, ensuring that all parts are manufactured to exact specifications and tolerances. You will be expected to interpret technical drawings and blueprints, translating them into precise machining operations. Additionally, you will monitor the machining process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. Ultimately, your work will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations and the satisfaction of our clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship is required per DoD requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of CNC machining processes and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical degree or certification in CNC machining or a related field.
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
