Job description

Quality Personal Care (QPC) is hiring dependable and compassionate Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for immediate and upcoming cases throughout North Fulton County.

We currently have an immediate need for a caregiver in the North Fulton area and are especially interested in applicants who live in or near Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton, Sandy Springs, or surrounding communities.

Pay: $16–$19/hour based on assignment, experience, availability, and qualifications.

Our current North Fulton opportunities may include shorter daytime visits. As additional cases become available, QPC will work to combine compatible assignments when possible to help caregivers build additional hours.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Companionship
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Mobility and safety assistance
  • Medication reminders
  • Errands or transportation when assigned
  • Providing dependable, compassionate support in the client’s home

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Current TB test/screening
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification completed IN PERSON
  • Reliable transportation to and from client homes
  • Reliable attendance and professional communication
  • Ability to complete all required QPC onboarding and training

Additional QPC Opportunity:
Eligible caregivers may earn a $400 referral bonus for qualified client referrals who enroll with Quality Personal Care, subject to program requirements.
