Airswift is looking for a Commercial Building Superintendent to work with one of our major clients in Gregory, TX in a 1-year contract position. Per diem available.
Position Overview
This Commercial Building Superintendent opportunity is suited to a highly experienced construction professional with a strong background in the commercial building industry. The Commercial Building Superintendent will play an important role in overseeing inspection activity, supporting document management, and ensuring work is delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and applicable code requirements. This position offers the chance to contribute technical expertise within a demanding project environment that values organisation, adaptability, and clear reporting. Role Context
This position is set within the commercial building industry, with exposure to interior and exterior project inspection activity. Experience in power or oil and gas environments would be beneficial.
