Job description

Role Description: This full-time, Associate Attorney role is based in Troy, MI. The Associate Attorney will manage a litigation-focused caseload, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting legal research, and preparing legal memoranda. Daily responsibilities include appearing in court for motion hearings, conferences, and trials under the supervision of senior attorneys, as well as taking and defending depositions.

The role involves advising clients on legal rights and risks, participating in settlement negotiations, and collaborating with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff to develop case strategies. The Associate Attorney will also assist with case evaluation, reporting to clients and insurers, and maintaining organized, timely case files.
