About the Opportunity


A dynamic firm is seeking a Business & Tax Attorney with experience in corporate transactions and regulatory matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad client base across multiple industries.


What You’ll Do


• Advise clients on business transactions including M&A and entity structuring

• Provide counsel on tax and regulatory matters

• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements

• Support franchise and banking-related legal work

• Build and manage a book of business


What You Bring


• 6+ years of experience in business and tax law

• Experience in M&A, banking, or franchise law preferred

• Portable book of business (50%+)

• Strong analytical and client advisory skills

• Licensed in Michigan (or eligible)
