Job description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding Primary Care team in the picturesque city of Reno, Nevada. This position offers attractive compensation, flexible scheduling, a brand-new outpatient facility, and the backing of a collaborative medical group. You will be practicing in a vibrant area known for its exceptional outdoor activities and a strong, family-oriented community.

Overview

Employment Type: Full-time, employed position

Schedule Flexibility: Options for either 4-10 hour shifts or 5-8 hour shifts based on your preferences

Call: Minimal and easily manageable (99% outpatient)

Patient Volume: Steady outpatient panel with opportunities for growth

Location: New Primary Care facility in Reno, Nevada

Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine within a supportive team of 2 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with plans for expansion

Support/Care Team: Dedicated Medical Assistant support, front office personnel, and schedulers

Technology: Utilization of Cerner with AI Scribe capabilities to enhance documentation efficiency

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services to patients of all ages
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, and support teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Oversee daily clinical responsibilities in a modern and efficient outpatient setting
  • Employ Cerner for documentation, enhanced by AI Scribe technology
