YEAR-ROUND STABLE 40 HOUR WORK in Fairborn Ohio at Meadowrun Apartments!
POSITION: Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance Technician (This positions focus will be painting with some maintenance; a professional painting background is strongly preferred)
SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, emergency on-call every other week ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs. That's $2600 a year!)

COMPENSATION: $21-25 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750, $500 a year in tool reimbursement and much more!

Responsibilities:
-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
-1+ months experience in apartment maintenance
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Plumbing and electrical experience
-EPA HVAC Certification a plus
-CPO Certification a plus
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
