What You'll Do

  • Assist with traffic control and pedestrian safety before and after events
  • Direct vehicles and foot traffic safely around busy event areas
  • Monitor entrances, exits, backstage areas, and event grounds
  • Assist with crowd management and access control during concerts and large events
  • Patrol event venues and parking areas
  • Respond calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist attendees as needed
  • Enforce venue policies and safety procedures
  • Complete basic activity and incident reports
