This role serves as a key connection between clients, technicians, operations, and leadership to ensure every production is delivered with precision, creativity, and technical excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Technical Services Manager - Video, you will oversee technical operations, workflow coordination, staff development, and video system execution across EventEQ productions.

โ€ข Show Planning & Review - Review show quotes, equipment selections, and labor requirements to ensure proper staffing and technical solutions
โ€ข Team Management - Recruit, support, and retain full-time and freelance video technicians while assisting with scheduling and quality control processes
โ€ข Venue Coordination - Participate in venue walk-throughs and site evaluations to identify technical requirements and production considerations
โ€ข Cross-Brand Collaboration - Build strong working relationships with video leadership teams across ETP brands
โ€ข Technical Design Support - Evaluate client needs, venue limitations, and production requirements to recommend practical and creative video solutions
โ€ข Equipment Planning - Coordinate equipment use, placement, and workflow planning to support efficient execution
โ€ข Documentation & Execution - Ensure technical documentation and production details are accurate and prepared for warehouse prep and onsite operations
โ€ข Staff Development - Identify training opportunities and support ongoing technical development for technicians and QC staff
โ€ข Technical Troubleshooting - Provide advanced troubleshooting support and escalation assistance during show preparation and execution
โ€ข Post-Show Review - Review post-show reports and assist in resolving technical, customer, or logistical issues
