WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Event Contractors)
Join BallerTV at the KSA Events OAHU Classic 2026 in Honolulu, Hawaii! We're looking for dependable, energetic individuals who enjoy working in live sports production and want to be part of one of Hawaii's premier youth sporting events.
If you value:
FLEXIBILITY - Events typically take place on weekends or over multiple event days, with occasional setup days beforehand. As an independent contractor, you choose which events you accept.
EXCITEMENT - Work at one of Hawaii's premier youth sporting events while helping families watch the action from anywhere in the world. Outstanding contractors may also have opportunities to work future BallerTV events across Hawaii and beyond.
NEW TECHNOLOGY - Gain hands-on experience using BallerTV's cutting-edge livestream production equipment and software.
SUPPORT - We provide training, Best Practices, and ongoing support to help you succeed before, during, and after every event.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
TRACK - Receive, organize, and transport event equipment, including cameras and production gear.
EXECUTE - Set up BallerTV's livestream production systems at assigned courts or fields while working safely and efficiently throughout the venue.
MONITOR - Ensure every game streams successfully by monitoring video quality, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining communication with the BallerTV Operations team.
ENJOY - Get paid to watch live youth sports while helping athletes and families capture unforgettable memories.
EVENT SCHEDULE & PAY
This is a part-time, independent contractor position.
  • Setup Day (preferred availability): Wednesday, September 2, 2026
  • Event Days: Thursday, September 3, and Friday, September 4, 2026
  • Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 AM and run as late as 10:00 PM.
  • Contractors may be asked to travel up to 40 miles one way.
  • Pay: $20/hour

Please note: Daily shifts may exceed 12 hours. Multi-day tournaments often involve long days on your feet and require lifting and moving production equipment. This role is physically active and best suited for individuals comfortable working outdoors or inside large athletic venues for extended periods.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-event background check.
  • Must be comfortable using iPhones and other iOS devices.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must maintain a professional and positive attitude.
  • Must be able to multitask while paying close attention to detail.
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving production equipment throughout the day.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with live event production, sports broadcasting, videography, photography, or customer service.
  • Interest in youth sports, including basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, wrestling, or similar sports.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to transport event equipment.
