Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • The Warehouse Lead Technician is responsible for supporting the daily tasks of the warehouse manufacturing and distribution functions and is the interface of all functions of the warehouse.
  • Daily phone, email and Live Chat communication with customers and sales reps
  • Daily communication with Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager
  • Steps in as Assistant Warehouse Manager when they are out of office.
  • Train all warehouse employees on specific job functions.
  • Responsible for prioritizing and delegating work to warehouse personnel assuring each job is completed in a professional and timely manner.
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Ensure warehouse organization.
  • Inspect warehouse facilities and equipment and recommends changes in allocation of space.
  • Responsible for providing accurate counts of finished goods inventory and timely data entry for shipping and inventory purposes.
  • Sales Orders, Invoicing, and Shipping of all customer orders
  • Ensure superior customer satisfaction while maintaining a cost-effective operation.
  • Assist with warehouse quality and safety.
