Multi-Studio Manager

Club Pilates Little Tokyo (DTLA) & Monrovia

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, sales-driven Multi-Studio Manager to oversee two thriving Club Pilates studios in Little Tokyo (DTLA) and Monrovia.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on hitting revenue targets, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional member experiences. The ideal candidate has boutique fitness management experience and understands both the operational and sales engines that drive studio performance.

If you love leading from the front, coaching teams to exceed goals, and building community inside the studio, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Responsible ForRevenue & Sales Leadership
  • Drive monthly EFT growth, retail sales, and lead conversion performance
  • Coach Sales Associates to exceed KPI targets
  • Monitor lead flow, booking rates, intro conversion, and attrition
  • Execute corporate marketing initiatives and local grassroots efforts
  • Ensure strong presale and promotional execution
Team Leadership & Development
  • Directly manage sales associates and instructors at each location
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Foster a positive, accountable, results-driven culture
  • Support instructor team with Lead Instructor
Operations & Performance
  • Maintain operational excellence and brand standards
  • Manage scheduling, payroll oversight, and expense control
  • Oversee inventory, retail merchandising, and studio presentation
Member Experience
  • Uphold a premium boutique experience
  • Resolve escalated member concerns
  • Build strong community presence within each market
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of management experience in boutique fitness, retail, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leader who develops people and holds teams accountable
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple locations
  • Data-driven and KPI-focused
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and community building
  • Xponential Fitness brand experience is a major plus.
