Job Summary
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Front Desk Administrative Support professional for a temporary opportunity with a public-sector organization in Downtown San Diego. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and can provide patient, professional service in a front-office environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist retirees, members, and other visitors
• Receive paperwork and direct visitors to the appropriate resources
• Perform general administrative duties, including copying, mailing, and document handling
• Provide patient and professional assistance to individuals who may need additional guidance
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriately refer questions outside the scope of the position
• Learn and utilize internal systems and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, patient, and comfortable assisting a diverse public population
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new computer systems
• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work onsite in Downtown San Diego Monday-Friday
