JOB TITLE: Day Porter โ€“ Full-Time

LOCATION: West Chester, OH

HOURS: 1st Shift, Occasional Nights and Weekends, Schedule Subject to Change Based on Business Needs

COMPENSATION: $17.00 / Hour

TRAVEL: Minimal (1-10%)

To support general labor services (litter, cleaning).ย

Job Responsibilities:ย ย 

  • Operate a pick-up truckย to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.ย 
  • Complete assigned job(s) in the time allottedย 
  • Perform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as:ย 
    • Perform litter pick-up along highwaysย 
    • Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail propertiesย 
    • Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issuesย 

Job Requirements:ย ย 

  • Valid Driverโ€™s Licenseย 
  • DOT Physical Required but paid for by Company expense.
  • Dot Medical Card
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.ย 
  • Experience working outdoorsย ย 
  • Ability to follow directions and read mapsย 
  • Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving recordย 
  • Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug testsย 
  • Ability to operate a pick-up truck safelyย 
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionallyย 
  • Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling,ย gripping,ย and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manualย dexterity required.ย ย 
  • Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required
