Consilio's ELS Direct hire division is seeking a Litigation Project Assistant on behalf of our client, a law firm in Washington, DC. This role will provide overall administrative support to the litigation group.

Hybrid schedule: 4:1

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Review and edit monthly time-entries
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and submitting expense reimbursements
  • Manage and update attorneys calendars
  • Record and store client information
  • Assemble trial binders under attorney direction

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in a legal environment supporting litigation attorneys
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
