Litigation Practice Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of a law firm's litigation department. They coordinate case management, workflow, staffing, budgeting, and client communications to ensure that litigation matters are handled efficiently. Their role is essential in helping law firms deliver high-quality legal services while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance.
