These groups typically represent clients in civil, criminal, or commercial litigation matters, including lawsuits, trials, mediations, and arbitrations. The group consists of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff who focus on litigation strategy, case preparation, and advocacy in front of judges or juries. Their goal is to resolve disputes, protect clients’ interests, and ensure compliance with legal procedures throughout the litigation process.
