Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of litigation paralegal experience (complex or commercial litigation strongly preferred).
  • Ethics: Must adhere to all ethical standards as outlined in the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in cite checking in accordance with The Bluebook; experience with Best Authority is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of document management systems and electronic court filing platforms (ECF and comparable systems).
  • Communication & Writing: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to proofread for context, grammar, and accuracy.
  • Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and file management skills are essential.
