We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal with 15+ years of complex litigation experience to join our client's growing legal team. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and possesses extensive experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts.
The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with eDiscovery, document management, docketing, court filings, trial preparation, and litigation support, particularly within New York courts and federal jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and appeal.
  • Perform and oversee complex eDiscovery projects, including document collection, review, production, and organization.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain case files, pleadings, exhibits, and litigation databases.
  • Create and manage Bates stamping and document production sets.
  • Prepare and file legal documents through NYSCEF, PACER, and various eCourts platforms.
  • Handle all aspects of electronic filing (e-filing) in state and federal courts.
  • Prepare comprehensive Tables of Authorities (TOAs) and Tables of Contents (TOCs) for motions, briefs, and appellate filings.
  • Conduct court and docket research utilizing PACER, state court systems, and litigation support tools.
  • Maintain and manage a high-volume litigation docket, including calendaring critical deadlines, court appearances, motion schedules, discovery deadlines, and trial dates.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, court personnel, vendors, and outside counsel.
  • Assist with deposition preparation, witness files, exhibit management, and trial logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with court rules, filing requirements, and procedural deadlines.

Qualifications Required
  • Minimum 15 years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Extensive experience supporting complex commercial, civil, or general litigation matters.
