Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

Support ongoing administration and enhancement efforts within Litigation Management Platform and the Salesforce ecosystem.

Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and vendors to design, refine, and implement system solutions.

Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new Salesforce and Litigation Management Platform features and functionality.

Support field configuration reviews and business process alignment while maintaining data integrity.

Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test cases, and regression testing.

Coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Document defects, track resolutions, and validate fixes before production deployment.

Ensure solutions meet functional requirements and business expectations.

Support reporting and dashboard development to provide operational and management insights.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in legal operations, litigation support, product management, business analysis, or related roles.

Basic understanding of litigation processes and legal case management workflows.

Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.

Experience working with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications preferred.
