Litigation Paralegal - Corporate/Business Litigation
The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial and appeal. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis.
  • Manage case files, documents, and physical evidence.
  • Coordinate discovery, including drafting responses, organizing document production, and preparing for depositions.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and client communication.
  • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures.
