AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a boutique firm in the Houston area in search of a Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience managing matters as a Litigation Attorney. This position will be primarily exposed to a litigation docket of trucking matters. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury matters from file to trial.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Taking and defending depositions;
  • Managing matters from file to trial;
  • Drafting motions;
  • Attending mediation;
  • Attending and preparing for trial.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
