Job description

Boutique Plaintiff’s Law firm located in The Woodlands, Texas is seeking a 6–10 year litigation associate admitted in the State of Texas to focus primarily on personal injury and commercial litigation. The firm handles complex civil, insurance defense, personal injury and commercial litigation matters on behalf of individuals and some corporate clients.

Candidates must have strong analytical, research and writing skills. Candidate will be working in a small team environment. Candidates must also possess experience handling matters from inception through trial, including deposition experience. Trial experience is preferable. Candidate will be assisting in trying lawsuits.

Attorney must be willing to travel out of state, from time to time.

Ideal candidates will have strong writing, research, organizational and analytical skills along with deposition, hearing and second-chair trial experience.

Good Computer skills are preferable

Sample depositions would be benficial

Writing samples such as research memos and motions/responses must be submitted with applicant’s resume.
