Job description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking experienced Attorneys to assist in complex Products Liability, Commercial General Liability, Labor and Employment, and Catastrophic Injury cases in the Fresno, California office. A minimum of two years of litigation practice and/or judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred but not required. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote, hybrid, with part-time and full-time opportunities.

The practice is fast paced and involves a busy research/motion practice, attending and arguing at court hearings, taking and defending depositions, and attending mediations and trials.  Excellent academic background, and strong research, writing and communications are skills required.

  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000โ€“$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000โ€“$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000โ€“$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
