A litigation assistant provides administrative support at a law firm or legal department. As a litigation assistant, your job duties may include conducting research, preparing documents for court hearings, scheduling meetings, and providing case status updates to clients. Additional qualifications include a basic understanding of legal procedures, along with excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.

What are some common challenges faced by litigation assistants in managing case documents and deadlines?

Litigation Assistants often juggle multiple cases simultaneously, which means staying organized and meeting tight deadlines can be challenging.
