An expanding insurance defense firm located in White Plains, NY, is seeking to add an experienced and motivated 3 to 7 year associate attorney admitted in New York, to its respected, trusted, and successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking career growth through exposure to a wide variety of matters, substantial litigation responsibilities, and mentorship. This is a hybrid position, offering remote work flexibility and the ability to work in a casual, collaborative office. Local travel is required from time to time. The firm represents clients in construction accident cases, premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, dram shop, negligent security, dog bite, products liability, professional liability, municipal liability, wrongful death, and property damage cases. Associates are trained by experience, knowledgeable partners and exposed to every aspect of the litigation process. This position will allow for associates to handle their own cases. Candidates should have experience with conducting depositions, drafting summary judgment motions and discovery responses, appearing in court, and communicating with clients. The firm offers competitive compensation in the range of $105,000 to $145,000 (including bonuses) and comprehensive benefits:
