Litigation Associate Attorney

Our legal team is committed to providing each client with quality counsel, innovative solutions, and personalized service. Founded in 2000, the firm offers the legal expertise of its 120+ attorneys, who have accumulated experience and problem-solving skills over decades of practice.


We are a vibrant, busy, and growing full-service law firm looking to increase our talented ranks of Litigation Attorneys by adding a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-3+ years of experience to join our growing White Plains office.


Successful Candidate

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this position. Must be a team player genuinely interested in working in a supportive, collaborative environment.


The candidate should have experience in litigation matters, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, conducting legal research, appearing in court, assisting with depositions, and supporting hearings and trials.


What You Will Need to Have

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in New York
  • State and federal court litigation experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience in litigation
  • Must be detail and deadline oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective manner
  • Strong oral and written advocacy skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • ADR and administrative tribunal experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook


A writing sample will be requested before any interview.


Salary is commensurate with experience.


Salary Range: $110,000 to $150,000
