Candidates must be able to work a hybrid work schedule of onsite days at our client's office in Livonia, MI as well as remote days. Job Description:
Our client is a growing AV® rated law firm located in Livonia, MI. We are actively seeking experienced candidates with one to three years of litigation experience. Qualified applicants should have litigation experience, including handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and taking depositions. Trial experience and experience litigating cases involving products liability, toxic tort, environmental, or cannabis regulatory and business work is a plus.
Experience Should Include Some or All of the following:
  • Significant discovery experience including document review project management.
  • Taking witnesses and expert depositions.
  • Legal research and brief writing.

Qualifications:
  • One to three years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Must be a self-starter, possess excellent research skills with LexisNexis or Westlaw, have excellent writing and communication skills and high-level computer proficiency.
