Description:

Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. Preferred qualifications include a 2-8 years' of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah. Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense. 


You’ll gain hands-on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development.


We offer a hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two remote), a Flexible Time Off policy, and fully covered medical, dental, and vision monthly premiums.

Requirements:
  • Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah, required;
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Exceptional research and writing skills;
  • Interest in marketing and client development;
  • Trial experience, preferred; and, 
  • Ability to travel.
