Job description

Law Office of Stephen J. Dennis is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our company in our Providence office. This vital role provides Plaintiff Workers' Compensation practice.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and have strong follow through ability, and a team player who can efficiently work with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities: 

  • Court appearance– live in person is on a daily basis, travel to attend depositions. Meeting with clients for court preparation, as well as handling client intakes.
  • Other – to prepare files other forms of documentation for court hearings.  General day to day client meetings and other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Litigation skills
  • Minimum of three years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Creative problem solving and practical time management skills
