3–5 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting required
Experience practicing before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court strongly preferred
Strong academic credentials and sophisticated legal writing skills essential
Excellent research, communication, and analytical abilities required
Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to manage demanding caseloads
Active admission to the Delaware Bar required
