A leading Am Law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Complex Commercial Litigation group in Chicago. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with at least 3 years of broad-based litigation experience from a top-tier law firm or comparable experience as a federal judicial clerk.

The ideal candidate will have substantive experience handling high-stakes commercial disputes through all phases of litigation, including:
