Job description

Job Title: ServiceNow UI Developer
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Remote)
Experience
  • 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience(Full Stack Developer).
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
  • Experience in CSP, CSM, Impact, custom applications, or similar ServiceNow product implementations is preferred.
  • Experience in platform migration, workspace migration, and legacy portal modernization initiatives.
  • Strong experience in Scripting & Technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.
  • Build and configure Workspaces, Pages, Macro Components, Custom Components, and reusable UI patterns.
  • Develop and maintain Data Brokers, Client State Parameters, Event Mappings, and Declarative Actions.
  • Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business requirements and UX standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and UX teams to translate requirements into solutions.
  • Participate in migration and modernization initiatives from Service Portal and legacy experiences to UI Builder.
  • Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Scripted APIs, and Integration Hub.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support when required.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices, code reviews, and platform governance standards.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.
