Position: Full-Time Outpatient Therapist (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, LMFT)

Required:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program
  • Active Ohio license (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, LMFT)
  • Experience providing direct clinical services, including diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy, and documentation
  • Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
  • Timely documentation and familiarity with EHR systems
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base and pass a background check
  • A great sense of humor!
Key Duties:

  • Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy
  • Develop and review treatment plans
  • Complete timely documentation
  • Use evidence-based interventions
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
  • Attend team meetings and trainings
  • Support Ellie’s mission to fill gaps in mental health services
