Degree Required: Bachelor's in Social Work
License Required: Dual license LSW / CDCA LCDC II, LCDC III
Degree Preferred: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy
License Preferred: Dual License: LSW, LPC, MFT / CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III
Experience working with individuals in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment is a plus!

Description:
  • Develop a program to increase the voice of youth within the county focusing on SUD
  • Provide SUD service to include individual, family, group psychotherapy/counseling and case management services to youth, families, and adults in an office setting and/or within the community.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address holistic client needs.
  • Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments, develop and implement individual service plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Participate in and facilitate treatment team meetings with clients and their families.
